• We apply a flat rate of 35 RON (VAT included) per 1 kg.

• Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping

• Shipping rates are set according to our partners’ policies and vary by country.

• Delivery times differ depending on destination and customs procedures.

• Please note that import duties or local taxes, if any, remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Processing, Production & Care

• Every order is prepared with great attention, usually within 2 business days after payment.

• Each product is crafted individually, which means that the production timeframe is separate from shipping time.

• Shipping time refers strictly to the period from the departure of your parcel from our location to its arrival at your delivery address.

• You will receive a tracking number once your package begins its journey.

• Larger or custom-made items may require extra preparation time, as each is made to order with care.
